Villa Description

Villa Bakra is our brand new, luxurious villa with a fully sheltered pool, located in Kalkan Üzümlü area, completed in 2021. There are special options such as 2 jacuzzis, Turkish bath and sauna in our villa. Ideal for large families and honeymoon couples, our villa has been designed extremely comfortably, with every detail considered for our guests. It will give you fun moments with its large garden, children's pool, children's playground, sports equipment, table football and swing.

Note: For reservations under 7 nights, the cleaning fee is £ 50.

Note: The capacity of our villa is 6 people, thanks to the two single foldable beds in the part with the Turkish bath and sauna.

Internal features of the house

Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room with an open kitchen, modern armchairs, a dining table for 6 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a door from the living room opening to the pool and garden.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, enough kitchen supplies for 4 people or more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, teapot and kettle.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, LCD TV, make-up table and wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and wardrobe.

Others: There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £ 100 is taken during the check-in process. Any loss, breakage, debris, etc. in the villa on the day of departure. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be refunded to you.

Note: All our villas, which are located in touch with nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite this, there are pests etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 10% reservation in these villas. The villa photos on our site are taken with a "Wide Angle Lens" to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger or smaller than their actual size.
